If the request to have a rush done is sent and payment is received before 12pm, the requested documentation will be sent to the recipient the same day. Any requests and payments received after 12pm will be sent to the recipient the following business day.
Payment Options
Cash or Check
You are welcome to bring cash or a check into our Blaine office to pay for your documents. If you'd prefer to send mail, we suggest sending in a check and not cash. If you can't make it in during business hours to drop off your payment, there is a secure drop box located outside our office you are welcome to leave your payment and details in. Checks should be made payable to: Greater Midwest Property Management.
Invoice
If you'd prefer to pay via invoice, we will send you the invoice as a follow up to submitting the form above. There is a credit card fee of $3.50 per $100 that will be included in the invoice. Once you have completed the payment via invoice, please notify Brittney@GreaterMidwestManagement.com.
